The Tello EDU offers ample learning opportunities for the majority of schools delving into drone adventures or exploring line coding with drones. On the other hand, the Tello Talent is for schools that have already mastered the basics, dabbled in Arduino or Micro Python, and hunger for a more challenging flight experience.

Drone Equipment Accessories: What You Need
Before taking off, consider stocking up on essentials. As mentioned earlier, we recommend getting extra batteries (three per drone) and a charging hub. These are available as Boost Combos for both the Tello EDU and Tello Talent.
Each drone requires a tablet for connection and flying via apps. While iPad Mini 2s work great, some schools successfully use Android devices.
Other accessories like a drone cage and handheld controllers are available, but we don’t recommend them for schools. The propeller guards included with the drone offer sufficient protection, and handheld controllers don’t add significant learning value.
